The failed principle of equality

People always fighting for equality, in terms of gender, racial, economic status, etc.

But the world never been to their favor, the world never been in equality.

Communist try to make everything equal, same wages for all the jobs.

But they failed, with everything equal then no reward for somebody doing better than the rest. This condition will make a capacity lid. No need to work harder or smarter than the others. Everything become stale. No growth and ultimately died.

When a society respect differentiation, hierarchy of performance. Then it will create competition, with competition people try to be better than the others. Trying better means force people to perform better everyday.

This will make growth, economic expansion, better living, better education.

 

Becoming a writer

I’m not a story teller, I never think to become a writer. I can say that I’m a creative person with always grinding brain attached in my head. I have a millions idea, thinking small idea and big idea all the time. Even many times I distracted by my though.

I never bother to write anything, even at my work I always try to remember things. But I always forgot things.

But now, I’m trying to write something, exactly writing an idea. With the purpose to absorb and make the idea in structure not just an abstract mind.

I’m writing this not for other people, but for myself my own

 

 

Memory – how they benefit for us as a marketing ep.1

What is a memory? in physical world it just a bunch of neuron in your brain doing something to collect, store and retrieve informations. Controlled by you, even though many memories coming out of nowhere at the wrong time. You cannot blame to your brain about that, it still you unconsciously drain memory from the past.

But, what is the function of memory, not just to store information you you have some log of your life, but memory is what you are. You’re a collection of memory from the past that drive you to think, to make a decision, to perceive something. So you’re what you remember.

Memory is volatile, so don’t expect you can remember precisely the past. When brain pull the information from the past, it will be influenced by your other memories and your current conditions.

I’m a marketing, and understanding psychology will make a whole new paradigm about communication of your products. As a marketing, our goal is to incept some images, phrases, taste, function of your products to the audience brain.

Many marketers trap into logic thinking, considering the human brain as the hard drive of computer, remember everything that the marketers show to then through the communication channels, like tv, radio, internet, etc.

They put many things in one communications, try to build multiple equity through one communications.

Well, that’s a huge mistake.

Failure is the default

This morning I’m listening to Jordan Peterson podcast, he always talking about the life is suffering and continue to this phrase “Failure is the default”.

This never be within my mindset, never though about it. But yes, I’m 100% agree with this statement.

Feels always failed and the world againts you? It is correct, the world always againts you that’s is the default.

Acceptance your life for granted will make your life miserable or failure.

What should we do in life is avoiding failure by striving.

Striving to be better, better than the other people. Climbing through the hierarchy of society. Higher your hierarchy means you’ll be farther from suffering of failure.

 

 

LM1875 Project

Just arrived, my LM1875 kit from Ebay. It comes in 2 small clip plastic bag, very compact wrapped in some foam paper.

Each pack provided with all the complete kit and instruction paper, which come in Chinese language, but it will be very easy to assembly, no worry.

The pcb, come in small foot print and high quality made.

 

 

 

 

 

My hand for scale, the back part of pcb coated with some kind transparent paint to avoid the bridge between connection.

All the parts on the instruction paper. I haven’t got the power supply parts for this. Later I’ll post the progress

 

Adding subwoofer to my fostex 103e

Listening music without proper low frequencies is just like sleeping without blanket, or maybe pizza without cheese?? So finally after several hours combining the self made power supply, low pass filter and an old 50watt chip powered power amp.

Sorry for ugly set up, it is because lack of spaces inside the box which already sit the twin lm3886 and also 8 pieces of the caps. But the good news, everything is working.

New home for my fostex 103

Finally, a proper boxes for my fostex 103e. Made by my special skilled friend called Wisnu. Made with 15mm mdf, laminated. The design based on Fostex recommended bass reflex enclosure.

The sounds from fostex 103 always amazed me, very clear and open. Very recommended for vocal audiophile songs. But, since it only 4inc in a small bass reflex enclosure, i think it has difficulties in delivering below 100hz.

So i decided to put a subwoofer into my system.

Wow…. My last post was September 2009. A lot of things happened; I almost never touched my system anymore.

My 4 inch Fostex speakers done, you can see the picture above. Well, it still raw…. Somebody maybe could help me to put some coating on it

Okay, here my review for my fostex :

1. Sounds naturally good, especially for the vocal
2. Lack of bass à definitely since its only 4 inch full range driver
3. Not for complicate song, never use this type of speakers for rock music
4. good for small room
5. But best of all is… it is cheap (I only spent around 150 usd)

Jensen oil caps

Upgrade again, now with jensen oil cap replaced the old wima mkp. with only 0.63 uf but 1000 volt. I change only one channel only because i want to know the differences between them.

DIY: Fostex Fe103E

Finally, I bought a pair of fostex Fe 103e 4 inch full range speakers in singapore. These speakers are cheap and easy to build because you won’t need crossovers. Only build a box and attached a wire to the plug. And mine the dust caps already modified, it changed with phase plug.

You’ll got a lot of benefit using full range speakers, since it come from one source the imaging will be better than separated components, better mid range area.

After studied in box designs from google. I will build BIB (Bigger is better) box for my fostex, it will need a lot of preciuos space in my very small room.
